From the reviews
I wasn’t a huge fan of having to pay up front - especially when the first time I booked they called me the day of to tell me the person I was booked with called off and they didn’t think they could rebook me right away.
I have some tightness and spasms in my shoulders. I was a bit hunched over. Jonathan has magic hands and after an hour I felt like melted butter and I experienced much less pain with greater freedom of movement! I walked out much straighter! Will return soon.
I attend regularly for medical massages and I strongly recommend from a service, price and value perspective. I’ve had five different therapists and each one has a different technique. There are plenty of therapists and I can usually get someone on the day and time I’d like as long as I book at least 7 days in advance.

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
