My mom and I went for a 90 minute full body and foot combo and it was so relaxing! We went on a cold day of 13° so we really appreciated the Hot stone massage they added at the end half of the massage! Our cold feet was well taken care of.
My husband and I did a couple massage while on vacation in Denver. It was by far the best I’ve had. They took their time and accommodated every request such as scalp area, low/ high pressure in different areas. I highly recommend this place.
I was given a birthday gift card to Massage Tao and went here three times to use up the balance. Each massage was very thorough and great! I love the hot stone. The lady who is always at the front (the owner?) is very nice. I would recommend going here.
Definitely recommended 10/10. Ladies were so professional and did an amazing job. I am super anxiety driven and by the end of this I felt she had helped ease so much of that anxiety. I received aromatherapy, hot stones, and lymph detox. AMAZING.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
