From the reviews
If you have scoliosis or back pain of any kind, Frank is your guy! I have scoliosis and work as an ultrasound technologist, which can be super hard on the body. In the two years that I have been seeing Frank at Rutgers and now here in Westfield, he has really made the effort to understand my condition and how to…
frank is the absolute best when it comes to a therapeutic massage! if you have any desire to see what massage therapy is all about or you have pains to you need help with, he’s the man to see! he educates you on what’s going on and truly cares for your continued health, movement, and pain relief.
Frank is truly gifted! I’ve been coming to Frank regularly since October 2023, and I can honestly say he has an exceptional understanding of the human body. He doesn’t just give a massage—he listens carefully, identifies the root of the issue, and works to truly fix it.
Frank’s hands are gifted! I have had several appointments with Frank and he is by far the BEST masseur around. He listens to your concerns, pays close attention to detail and provides an amazing therapeutic, deep-tissue massage.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
