I just had a 90 minute massage with Tracy- She is by far the most exceptional massage therapist I've had ever! I've been going to her for years and I followed her from Hand and stone in Ocean-Her pressure is firm, but knowing and that to me is very important for overall well-being in health.
I have been a member at Massage heights for many years, but my appt felt a little different yesterday 9/12/25 I was greeted by Karen, and Francine my therapist she brought me right back and I had the most relaxing massage I have ever had.
Francine is fabulous! The reason i always return and book multiple appointments moving forward. She is very thorough and helps relieve my aching back with her techniques. The front desk girls are also wonderful and patient. Karen and Danielle. Love all these ladies. Very happy with my membership here.
Sue is Awesome!!! Truly gifted and passionate about her craft. No 2 massages are ever the same, because she truly listens and is attentive. I personally abuse my body by overworking it physically and Sue puts me back together again. The establishment is clean and inviting, staff is friendly.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
