As a licensed massage therapist you really know what kind of massage he you need and like, but it is really hard to find. I was so happy I found this location. The staff was all very nice, and each massage I had was great.
I had an excellent massage at massage Heights. The sheets on the bed are so soft and just top quality. My massage therapist helped to work out a bunch of knots out of my back, shoulders and arms. It was so necessary. They followed strict Covid practices.
One of the best massages I have received in a long time! Anju was very responsive to my needs and took time to really work out the tough knots. I would highly recommend going to Anju!
Have been a member for years! Monthly massage included and hours never lost if you can't make it. Friendly staff who strive to make each experience ahhh-mazing! Been going with my husband for years and we even get to use the couples room.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
