From the reviews
Michelle was awesome, Michelle listened to my and my needs. Michelle Checked in with me during the massage, she really was very focus on helping you heal! My shoulder has been an issues and she was the first to really release the pain.

Ambience is everything, plus a therapist who knows what you need and like. Sam, my massage therapist is the best, and it didn't take long for me to request her specifically. She does such a good job tailoring to my needs, but also concentrating on the areas that provide the best relief...
Love my monthly visits. I've been seeing Sam on a regular basis. She is professional, accommodating, and always focuses on my needs. I've been a happy customer for 3+ years. Thanks Sam, for your awesome service!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
