I have been a member of this facility since 2018. I love the convenient location to my home but I really love the staff. Everyone is kind and professional. My therapist, Bernita, is a blessing. I feel ready for the world after my sessions. I tend to choose deep tissue massages and she delivers!

Yesterday I went into Massage Heights, Adobe, Warm Springs and Stephanie in Henderson! I have been down with what I thought was a leg ache for weeks last Saturday.
Decided to try the year membership at Massage Heights which includes one massage a month! So far, I have had 2 massages by Shyan and they have both been AMAZING!! Before starting she asked me multiple questions to assess my wants and to make my experience better, which it did!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
