From the reviews
…She offers aroma therapy, hand massages, sticks& stones, rollers, cupping and therapy gun treatments. She does a fantastic job and all of the employees look forward to her visit. You definitely will not regret setting up a personal massage with her or hiring her to come do massages at your company. A+ experience.
…She used a variety of techniques, including guiding cupping which I've never experienced. She's very intuitive and tries to get in tune with your body to understand where the work is needing focus. I'll continue to work with Donna as I feel this type of care is very important.
Donna is very intuitive! She recognizes what your mind and body need in that very moment you are there with her. She pays attention to detail and truly cares about your well being. She’s the best! You will leave feeling nurtured and refreshed, while your muscles work their way toward healing!
Donna creates a deeply relaxing and stress-free experience. She has the ability to read the body and maintains a safe and comforting atmosphere throughout the entire session. I always leave Donna feeling very relaxed and refreshed!!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
