Why Mantis Massage is listed — cupping is a treatment, not a Google category, so we only list a provider when there's real proof they offer it. Here's what we found: “s. It's kinda tucked away in the back of a convenient store so you wouldnt know it was there. But luckily reviews online were great. Kate (or katie...) was my therapist ! She listened to my needs and told me a bit about cupping. Ive never…” source →

From the reviews

I have been to Mantis SoCo location a few times and have had an amazing experience with each visit. Last night I saw Janice and I feel absolutely incredible this morning. Months of back pain / tension truly melted away in my 75 min session with her.

I've been coming here for a few months now and everyone has been professional, but Audrey really stands out. She has a solid understanding of anatomy and doesn't just focus on the spot that hurts. She works the surrounding muscles that are actually contributing to the problem, which makes a huge difference.

★★★★★ — Axel, Feb 2026

I have never had a corrective/deep tissue massage and after my first session today wonder why I stubbornly waited so long. Audrey was attentive, informative, and especially effective. I do tons of physical labor managing my ranch and was starting to feel the wear.

I came in a few weeks ago and got a massage from Mandis. She was amazing. Really took the time before we got started to understand the areas that were gonna need the most attention, the type of pressure etc. Made me feel really comfortable and confident. She was very professional and just had an all around great vibe..

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
