From the reviews

My husband and I came here for the first time over this Labor Day weekend and had an amazing experience! We were welcomed as walk-ins and booked a couples massage. Since I’m 36 weeks pregnant, I needed someone trained in prenatal massage, and they accommodated me perfectly.

Had a wonderful experience! Very professional. It’s very clean and always smells amazing. My massage was worth every penny. Left feeling so relaxed and they were really attentive to the areas of pain I had. Will definitely be my new go to place

★★★★★ — Ashley, Nov 2025

Went in for a deep tissue massage to help loosen up a very tight back after a long six hour drive, Annie focused just on my neck and shoulders and all the nots are gone, highly recommend

I happened to stumble upon this place while visiting from Florida. Turns out this is one of the highlights of my visit. I hiked several mountains and needed some real relief from the soreness. I promise you won’t be disappointed going here.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
