From the reviews

I booked a 90 min reiki infused massage. It was one of the best massages I’ve had. Not everyone uses a heating pad and she does which automatically earned points with me. She spoke with me first to learn what it was I was looking for instead of just jumping right on.

I experienced such a profound sense of healing and relaxation during my Reiki session with Marquita. From the moment the session began I felt supported and safe . Marquita’s warmth, skill, and attentiveness made the session truly restorative. I left feeling lighter, clearer, centered and completely recharged.

I went for my very first Reiki sound bath With Marquita Green and had the most wholesome experience of all time. I was relaxed clear of racing thoughts and left feeling light on my feet, light in my heart and with a feeling of relief and relaxation. This experience is one I will follow every where I go.

Best massage ever! Got knots out that been there for years. My body felt completely relaxed afterwards. I got a 90min reiki massage and I highly recommend. Felt emotions being worked out of my body and released them. She is so skilled and attentive that you don't want to miss out on such an amazing experience.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
