My husband and I got couple massage here two times so far - it’s a great way to de-stress and get the knots out of your muscles. We got the cupping done as well, felt like new after! Great pricing and considerate staff. Very easy to schedule as well- btw they have Groupon deal if you want to save some money
I live around here and I saw this new place open up. I came here to see how the place was and it was above average. The place is very clean and the staff were very nice to me. They recommended me to do microdermabrasion and my skin turned from rough (before) to very smooth (after).
My shoulders kept hurting and I have been to multiple different spas and they weren't that effective. I came here in hopes of de-stressing myself and my therapist Tom had very good technique and helped my shoulders feel loose
Kate is fantastic at what she does!!! Very sweet and bubbly as soon as I walked in the door. Once inside, she got rid of all the knots in my back! I can't wait to go back.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
