From the reviews
Dr. Dabney is simply amazing! She has helped me through some of my toughest moments. Dealing with anxiety, lack of sleep, and a number of other issues. She is always very calming and understanding. No matter when I reach out to her, she always takes the time to respond right away. Highly recommend Lotus Wellness!
I have had constant pain in my neck and arm I was really in need of someone who would take time to listen and understand my pain. I found her!! I can’t being to express how happy I am to have started my wellness journey with Monica.
I have been seeing Monica for three years to manage my chronic pain from the military. Without her, my quality of life would be hard. The pain is managed with her help and I have more energy to be a mother to my children and wife to my husband.
Monica does amazing work and has helped me tremendously with stress reduction and neck pain from a holistic approach. She is very compassionate and knowledgeable. I can't recommend her enough!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
