From the reviews

Dr Angie is the perfect balance of professional and friendly. Great at educating and explaining the treatments in a way that is understandable. My 82 year old father started accupuncture treatment first for help with his respiratory and general health as he has COPD. His breathing has improved as well as his balance.

★★★★★ — Pure, Dec 2024

I started going to Dr. Angie almost a year ago when I was desperate for someone to listen to me and help me through multiple problems. I’ve never experienced a practitioner that will listen to you with empathy, time and grace like Dr. Angie has.

★★★★★ — Jennifer, Jun 2024

I started seeing Dr. Angelina Pullen a couple of years ago. I had chronic back pain and I was looking for a safer alternative to manage my pain. Also, I felt that most of my doctors were not listening to me. My first appointment with Dr. Pullen was about 90 minutes.

★★★★★ — Spencer, May 2024

Dr. Angie is genuinely caring, insightful, knowledgeable, and an overall wonderful practitioner. She truly listens to her patients and designs/ adjusts treatment plans based on their unique needs and goals. Her expertise with multiple healing modalities also enables her to provide exceptionally well-rounded care.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
