Oh my goodness, we did a couples massage for 60 minutes with hot stones, and let me tell you all my spouse and I feel like we have the bodies out of teenage selves. They asked if we had any pain then focused on those point while also making it relaxing. Very nice and caring, but just over will recommend to anyone.

My boyfriend and I went and got the deep tissue couples massage with hot stones. We went in quiet and tired, not saying much after a long night. That was not an issue for our massage therapists!
If I could leave more than 5 stars I would. I left from my first massage ever about an hour ago and the way my entire body feels still to this moment is unbelievable. I am SO satisfied with my experience I will be returning. I had an older woman doing mine, she was kind, considerate and honestly heaven sent.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
