From the reviews
I can’t recommend this business enough. From the quality of the service to the way customers are treated, everything is done with care, professionalism, and real heart. The owner, Rebecca, is truly one of the kindest and most genuine people I know.
I’ve been having one-on-one sessions with Becca as well as attending her workshops, and the experience has been truly transformative. From the very first session, I felt a sense of calm and safety. Becca has this sweet, grounding presence that makes every interaction feel smooth and free of judgment.
Becca has helped relieve the chronic shoulder pain I developed. Her bodywork opens up areas I didn’t even realize were holding on to tension and stress. After a session I feel like I received a massage/foam rolling combination.
Becca is a wonderfully intuitive bodyworker. I've seen her for reiki, craniosacral therapy and abdominal massage. Before each session, she sits you down and listens attentively to your answers to the questions she asks.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
