From the reviews

I’ve been seeing Stacey for lymphatic drainage massages after liposuction, and she has been incredibly helpful throughout my recovery. She has also worked on my lower back pain from a car accident a few years ago and is currently helping me with some wrist issues as well.

My mom and I celebrated my birthday at Little Bird Wellness and it was such a beautiful experience from start to finish. We each booked 90-minute massages and couldn’t have been happier. From the moment we walked in, Jenna at the front desk made us feel so welcomed and taken care of.

★★★★★ — Heather, Feb 2026

My massage with Stacey was absolutely incredible. Communication before hand was good and she made me feel comfortable. I liked her technique and the pressure was perfect for me and what I needed. She checked in every once in awhile to make sure I was doing ok.

★★★★★ — Christina, Jul 2025

I had such a great experience! Mia was professional, kind, and really took the time to listen to what I was looking for. I felt completely comfortable the entire time, and the results were exactly what I wanted. Highly recommend!

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
