From the reviews
Sarah is a very intuitive therapist and has the perfect touch; from therapeutic massage to cupping, you are quite literally in great hands and will feel totally refreshed and tension-free!
I came to Sarah with tightness and tension in my left neck and shoulder. She was able to work out the pain and spent a great deal of time focusing on that area. I love that she also performed Thai techniques, as it’s rare to find a therapist who uses this modality.
What can I say about Sarah other than she is the best physical touch therapist I have ever experienced. The deep tissue massage is unbelievable. She pays attention to detail and it's noticeable in the end when your experience is over with. I recommend her with the highest ranking possible.
The most amazing and unique massage I have ever had! Sarah's hands are just magic. The atmosphere, aromas, calming and genuinely professional caring is obvious walking in the door. Her techniques are like none I have ever experienced. You MUST check out what I'm talking about!
Booking hijama (wet cupping) at Lime Green Lotus
Lime Green Lotus comes up as a provider that offers hijama — wet cupping, where the skin is lightly punctured after suction so a small amount of blood is drawn. If you're booking hijama specifically, a few things are worth asking before you go. First, sterility is everything — a reputable practitioner uses a fresh, single-use kit (new blades and cups) for every client and follows clean, gloved technique. It's completely fair to ask how they handle this. Second, many people booking hijama want a same-gender practitioner — a female practitioner is available here. Third, ask about aftercare and whether they observe particular days if that matters to you.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
