From the reviews

It's been a couple of years since I've been able to have a massage due to cancer. Last night I finally broke that trend with an amazing massage from Hunter Birch, at LifeBloom Massage & Spa.

LifeBloom is almost too good to be true! From new patient on-boarding and welcome to post treatment the service was exceptional. This is not your typical fast life/fast consumption drop in. Slow and mindful.

Geyri Molina is incredibly talented and professional. I came to her for manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) and was beyond impressed. Her technique is both gentle and effective, and she truly understands the body. Geyri takes the time to educate you throughout the process so you feel empowered in your healing journey.

I had my first massage with Kelsey today and it was incredible! She did a thorough consultation before she began to see if there were any areas I wanted her to focus on and what pressure I preferred which I really liked. The space was cozy + clean. I could have laid there for hours.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
