I highly recommend Life Expressions HWC!!!!!!! I commenced my journey here on May 9, 2023, so nearly two years ago. The reason I scheduled an appointment was that I was experiencing sciatica nerve pain in my lower back!! The pain was severe. The business is owned by Twins, Dr. Twana Roberson and her sister Dr.
Everything about this facility is phenomenal. Both Dr. Rob and Dr. Stem are very professional and full of compassion. I traveled all the way from Atlanta GA, and the service was well worth every mile driven. All of my needs were met and every question/concern was answered/explained.
This was truly the best chiropractic experience I’ve ever had. The office environment is very clean and the atmosphere is peaceful. The staff is very friendly and professional. Dr Roberson was very attentive and knowledgeable. It’s obvious that this is more than a job for her. Their equipment is also top notch.
I could not ask for a better duo. Dr. Roberson and Dr. Stembridge are raw talent. These ladies take their job seriously. If you are in need for Chiropractor care then l suggest you drive, hop, skip, or get to Life Expressions the best way you can. I’m EXCITED for a follow up
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
