From the reviews

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve been in physical therapy for the past 7 months for a herniated disk, and I can’t say enough good things about my experience at Legacy Physical Therapy. Ryan has been absolutely amazing—patient, knowledgeable, and truly dedicated to helping me recover.

★★★★★ — Barb, Oct 2025

I can't say enough good things about the treatment I got from Legacy! Ryan helped me achieve my personal goals of pain relief and avoiding surgery. Before I became a patient at Legacy I had severe hip pain that interfered with my daily life.

★★★★★ — Brittany, Apr 2026

Ryan and his staff (Jackie, Bailey, Kaitlyn) are the absolute best. I was super skeptical if PT would work for a torn tendon. Ryan has made a believer out of me. They were all super hospitable and understanding to your needs, limitations and personal schedules.

★★★★★ — Kristian, Apr 2026

Outstanding Clinic! By far my best physical therapy experience. I decided to give Legacy PT a call to assist in my treatment for plantar fasciitis that I have had for over a year. So glad I did.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
