From the reviews
Aaron is an incredible medical message therapist. He is professional, extremely knowledgeable, and applied the perfect amount of therapy. He isn't too rough so you don't leave bruised and he isn't too gentle to where you feel like it isn't worth it.
The couples massage workshop was amazing. Both Aaron and Nicole were great at demonstrating, describing and performing side by side skills that left us feeling confident in the skills they taught us. The experience was relaxing, comfortable and the perfect way to spend Valentine’s Day.
I got an initial appointment with Nicolle. Time flew by even though it was 90 minutes. She’s very knowledgeable and professional. It’s really difficult to find skilled lymphatic massage and I’d recommend anyone to go see her. I’m happy I did.
I am so pleased to have been referred to Nicole. Her knowledge of Lymphatic Drainage is superior. I have suffered for years with a rare disease and never thought after 1 visit I would see such a profound improvement in my level of pain. The atmosphere is professional and calming. I would give 10 Stars if I could!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
