From the reviews

Greg is thoughtful and spends time understanding your body and your pain points before each session. He uses firm (but adaptable) pressure to tackle knots, he is experienced in cupping (a nice additive treat!), and he creates a calm and relaxing environment to help melt your aches away. Highly recommend!

Great massage with Greg! Calming music and cozy space. He was great at adjusting pressure and hitting problem areas. Also, used cupping to really tackle the tension in my back. I definitely would recommend!

★★★★★ — Christine, Feb 2026

As someone who has received hundreds of massages over the past 20 years, I can honestly say that Greg stands out for reasons that go far beyond technique alone. I initially chose Greg because of the philosophy he shares on his website.

★★★★★ — Eric, May 2026

Greg was professional, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The pressure was perfect and really helped work out the tension I’d been dealing with. The massage was incredibly relaxing, and I left feeling refreshed and much better than when I arrived.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
