From the reviews
13 Days. 5000 Miles. One Hero Named James. After riding 5000 miles across the country on a motorcycle, dodging bugs, battling wind, and negotiating with my spine, I rolled into Las Vegas looking like a pretzel that had lost a fight with a blender. My back was sending distress signals in Morse code.
So glad that I found this place. I would highly recommend Rebecca for massage therapy. I also added the cupping for my hour session. I told her about a hurt shoulder that I had it felt so much better after the session. She also explained to me the benefits of cupping and we had a great conversation during the session.
James is the Best! Better than a chiro! This is a must for any athlete or anyone who demands a lot from their body day to day. I have issues with my neck and thoracic spine not allowing me to preform my best. I tried seeing a chiropractor with limited results, but the sessions with James has been significantly better.
James did a fantastic job with my sports massage. I have been going through a myriad of different muscle and joint treatments the past few months and wanted to try a therapeutic massage and I definitely made the right decision. It was a very calming environment and I felt comfortable the entire time.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
