From the reviews

Before beginning your treatment, the lead therapist prays with you. They are serious about getting you back to work and to your normal activities. I will choose them if I am ever in need of therapy again. Great experience.

★★★★★ — Robert, Jun 2020

Thank you to Dr. Joshua Freitag and his team, I was able to regain function and decrease pain. He always had a plan during each session, and I was sent home with a plan to improve and maintain recovery. Taylor was so easy to work with, and it seemed as if she'd known me for years.

★★★★★ — Kati, Jun 2023

Josh and his staff are the best PT team I have ever experienced! I received such personal and professional care that was designed exactly for my recovery needs. They also offer an extended exercise program that helps you continue on your health journey.

★★★★★ — Kelli, Mar 2020

From Melvin: This isn't as fun as working on my '51 Ford, but everyone is friendly, nice, and helpful. Tyler is working hard to make me better, and I believe I am getting better. I certainly would recommend it to anyone who needs this kind of help

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
