Went in with extreme back pain. Wait time was less than 10 min. Took me back, explained pricing, which was agreeable. $70 for hour, +$20 for cupping(which I asked for). Regarding the massage, very deep and aggressive, yet gentle and caring. Worked on hands, arms, head, face, back, legs and feet. Full body.
Omg Best experience! Susie was so welcoming upon arrival. She shared other promotions and services there - for informational purposes, no pressure. My therapist was amazing! I had the chair and foot massage combo. She focused on areas of tension on my back and shoulders and leaned in to help relax the area.
Our 11:30 am Appointment was changed while we were already on our way. Once we got there we waited about 20 in the chair before we got started with the requested REFLEXOLOGY FOOT MASSAGE. When it did start I had to inform or remind the lady what the appointment was for as she was starting a regular massage.
This is one of the best places to come for a massage.. all of my stress melts away for the 30-60+ min I come. Today I had Peter! He will be my go to from here on out, thank you Peter! I plan to get a wonderful nights rest tonight.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
