After taking one step into La Rene Organic Thai Massage & Spa, I knew that it was the perfect spa for me. I don’t normally write reviews, but this place is AMAZING! It is truly heaven on earth. The spa is beautiful, serene, and tranquil. It smells divine and the relaxing music also adds to the ambiance.
Alisa is amazing for facials. I’ve done 3 facials here and you feel absolutely amazing after. Highly recommend. I’ve also done deep tissue messages with cupping which are equally as amazing.
Found this place with a quick google search for an emergency massage. I was in a lot of discomfort and pain from a pinched nerve. It’s extremely relaxing and clean. Great Thai ambiance and the staff I believe is all Thai providing authentic Thai massages. There is even a Himalayan Salt Room.
This is a fantastic Thai massage place. The prices are great compared to Thai Body Works and the massage itself (I got the Thai + Deep Massage) was amazing-- the workers really know what they're doing and the massage was really effective with soothing various chronic body aches that had been bothering me.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
