⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve been coming here for almost a year now. I have a herniated disc in my lower back that causes burning pain from my hip down to my foot, and I often struggle to walk. On top of that, I’ve had stiffness from my neck down to my shoulder, especially when I sleep. Dr. Kowalski is truly one of a kind.
Great place! Dr Kowalski is very flexible and always wants to make sure your therapy works for you. I have chronic lower back pain and going regularly to see him has helped tremendously manage the pain. The therapists are also very focused on helping you.
I have been going to Dr. Kowalski for almost 5 years now and I have never had a bad experience. Dr. Kowalski and his staff are always so kind and professional. My back and neck pain have decreased since I have been coming. They’re very flexible with scheduling and do their best to put me in when it’s convenient for me.
I have been going here for over a year for chronic pain related to breaking my back a few times. The staff here are phenomenal. Always friendly with a smile and remember you between appointments. You are more than a number here. I would highly recommend this place over other chiropractors I have tried.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
