From the reviews

I came in after dealing with tension headaches for days, and Anna completely saved me. She did an incredible massage and incorporated cupping, and I felt relief almost immediately. The tension in my neck and shoulders melted away, and my headache was gone by the time I left.

Had a couples massage today. Did 90 minute full body and then a 30 minute foot. It was SO GOOD! The hot stones they use are super hot and my person really was keyed in to my problem areas without me saying a word. He felt them out and addressed treatment accordingly.

This visit was a very pleasant experience. The shop is clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere is very relaxing. The therapist was very professional, applying the right techniques to relieve muscle tension and promote relaxation.

Anna was my LMT and she was absolutely amazing! She found every knot every tense spot and kneeled it until I was like new!! The establishment is very clean, sanitary & the staff is welcoming professional, and always smiling. I felt comfortable the instant I walked in. I work on my feet 10 plus hours a day in the O.R.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
