I will attempt to keep this short. Mere words cannot express my gratitude for being allowed to experience the professionalism and the kindness from Dr Joe, and his wonderful staff! My situation has not been cured however, it is being managed to a point where I can tolerate my pain better.
Dr. Joe and his team are the best in town. From the minute you walk in, to the treatments provided, you will leave there feeling like a million bucks!!! You are treated like family completely taken care of start to finish. Dr Joe genuinely cares about his patients and finding the right treatment to ease your pain.
I cannot recommend Dr. Joe Linza enough. I struggled with frozen shoulder and severely limited range of motion from a previous injury for years. I was honestly terrified to see a chiropractor, but after hearing so many great things about him, I decided to give it a try.
Yesterday was my first visit at KnowBull Chiropractic office. I fell 2 years ago and broke my left hip. Even after 2 hip surgeries I have had excruciating back pain. After meeting with Ty, Dr. Linza, and their amazing staff, I left after my appointment feeling better than I have in the past 2 years!!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
