I walked out of this appointment smiling from ear to ear. Kaylia has the hands of an angel. Truly gifted. I loved her attention to detail and her thoroughness. At the start of our appointment, she made it a priority to ask me about the areas we would be working on.
I had Kelly she was such an amazing therapist. They all are really sweet! The atmosphere was super calm the music is super sweet. The building is 608 the door with the long handle. They're all the way down the hallway on the left! They were very professional offered me water before I left.

EDIT: I have been seeing Kaylia for the best few months weekly for Myofascial therapy. It has been so worth it. Doing it consistently has changed my life. I no longer experience daily pain and tension. She has a lot of knowledge and experience. I'm forever thankful for her services and skill.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
