From the reviews

Just received my first treatment with Dr. Duncan and he completely sold me on his practice. I received acupuncture for my shoulder and also fire cupping on my back and felt fantastic afterwards. I will most definitely be coming back.

★★★★★ — Austin, Jan 2025

Dr. Brian was Incredibly patient and thorough. incredibly patient and thorough. It is wonderfully refreshing to sit with a Doctor whom sees their patient as a whole and treats the root causes rather than the symptoms. He is extremely knowledgeable and has thousands of hours of skill, training and practice.

★★★★★ — Meggyspeggys, May 2024

Dr Duncan helped my daughter greatly improve, if not completely cure, her severe, chronic eczema. We have gone to pediatricians and allergists which hasn't helped. Seeing dr Duncan has changed her life.

★★★★★ — Kathleen, May 2024

Dr. Brian is passionate about addressing the root of an issue instead of treating the symptoms only. I started seeing Dr. Brian for a concern when I was unable to get an appointment with my “regular” doctor.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
