From the reviews

My daughter plays basketball throughout the year. Back-to-back games, travel weekends, and constant training can take a toll on their young bodies. Her post-tournament recovery sessions have been a total game-changer.

★★★★★ — Kelly, Jul 2025

I went in having never had a professional massage before, and Jenny made me feel very comfortable and explained every step of the process. She made sure to address my concerns and made my experience all-around comfortable, amazing, and the most relaxing experience of my life.

★★★★★ — Kinzie, Dec 2024

I booked a massage after attending Kind Heart’s Open House. I was a little reluctant because I hadn’t had a massage in quite awhile. I am so happy I did! Jenny has “gifted hands,” and my massage was one of the best I’ve had. Her space is relaxing, warm and serene.

★★★★★ — Maria, Nov 2024

My massages with Jenny are always nurturing and fully relaxing. She thoroughly addresses any problem areas that need attention, and I leave in a different state of mind. Jenny has a caring calm way about her which creates a safe environment for healing.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
