“Not too mention all of the gadgets (shock wave, estim and dry needling) the already knowledgeable doctors have to use, it’s impossible to leave an appointment not feeling better.”

From the reviews
I’ve been going to Kessler Spine & Rehab to address lingering college sports injuries and improve my mobility in the gym — and the results have been incredible. Working with Dr. Kris Kessler, Dr. Kylee Kessler, and Dr. Nico Rottke has been a fantastic experience.
I started going two weeks ago to treat my back pain, and I am already pain-free. Kylee Kessler was awesome. She adjusted me and suggested cupping therapy, which I would recommend to everybody. It was a little uncomfortable during the session, but it gave me great relief the next day.
I have been going to this chiropractor for over 2 years now and they have saved me! I absolutely love Dr. Kylee, Dr. Kris, and Dr. Felicia! They all have adjusted me and I've never had a bad experience. The girls at the front desk, Katherine and Katie, are so pleasant and friendly!
I cannot recommend the team at Kessler Spine highly enough specifically Dr. Kristopher. My young daughter had been suffering from a persistent, concerning 'heat' sensation in her back for an extended period of time interrupting her sleep.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
