From the reviews
Immediately upon arriving at Keri's studio in Sonoma, I felt the atmosphere of relaxation that she's created. From the soft lighting, to the hint of natural herbal scents in the air, accompanied by Keri's gentle greeting, it's just tranquil.
Keri has a warm demeanor that helps one feel at ease instantly. She listens attentively and applies this with an intuitive knowledge to not only aid in how to work on each individual, but also to soothe, calm, and heal in her own, specialized way.
Keri is an incredible masseuse, with a such a warm, cheerful and comfortable attitude she immediately puts you at ease. Deeply relaxing, exactly the right pressure, and getting all the right spots, Keri's massages leave me blissed out and feeling balanced.
Felt very relaxed and protected after my session. An amazing therapist!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
