“She is so knowledgeable in what she does and knows exactly which muscles to manipulate.”
From the reviews
Clean, quiet environment. Therapist is professional and very knowledgeable. My favorite is the cupping method and I would recommend this therapist to everyone.
Wonderful atmosphere and this therapist is a miracle worker! She combines a cupping method with deep tissue to relieve pain and tension. She is trustworthy, professional, and I feel she is the best around!
Love the specific focus using Cupping technique in addition to deep tissue massage. I get significant relief of pain in my chronic lower back area.
Sheila is absolutely amazing! I just went back for my second massage and intend on making this a monthly thing. She was able to work out a knot that I had had for years! Years! She is skilled and creates a soothing environment.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
