Wow wow wow! This massage was amazing!! In just 60 min, Joy touched on every issue and tight point in my body and really worked through some stuff! I opted for “medium -firm” pressure knowing it would be a bit heavy but was what my neglected muscles needed. It did not disappoint!
Joy’s hot stone massage is the best in Santa Fe. She is very attentive and ensures that you feel taken care of always. The hybrid massage of cupping and hot stones along with the deep tissue massage is AMAZING! I definitely recommend this place 10/10
I have had some decent massages at different places around town; however, trying to get an appointment in a timely manner is usually impossible especially when you're hurting it seems. Joy had appointment openings and I didn't have to wait long at all. She is very professional and extremely skilled.

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
