Went to have my first acupuncture here. The ambiance was very very nice and soothing. This office offers acupuncture and massage. Staff at front was great. Dr. Zen was wonderful. I felt comfortable. I feel the treatment was effective, however, I will need additional acupuncture treatments for my issues.
Everyone at the facility is really nice I have rheumatoid arthritis and this has helped tremendously with it. I am not in pain, I can straighten my hands and fingers I haven't been able to do that in over 2 years I would highly recommend trying acupuncture
I've had the pleasure of having Dr Zen and his staff help my wife and I. You see we only went there for massage, my wife kept asking me to try acupuncture. I wasn't to hip on it but I did it anyway just to quiet my wife down .

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
