What clients say about the cupping here
“I went to see Judy for the first time, and she explained her process and offered helpful information for an initial visit.”
From the reviews
I was dealing with massive shoulder pain - I could hardly even touch it - and I have a chronic back injury that causes a lot of discomfort at times. Judy was very informative and professional, and after just a few half-hour sessions, I started seeing significant results and improvement.
I was recently diagnosed with Carpal Tunnel, so I started seeing Judy. After the first appointment my soreness was already improved and by the second my pain is already diminishing. On top of the therapeutic benefits, she's also really nice and fun to talk with! Give her a try, you won't be disappointed!
Everything was explained wonderfully. The massage was tailored exactly to my needs. Every effort was taken to ensure my comfort, and I was extremely satisfied with the quality of the massage. I would certainly recommend Judy to my family and friends. The experience was absolutely wonderful.
I went to see Judy for the first time, and she explained her process and offered helpful information for an initial visit. She was so responsive and pleasant to talk with, and tailored the whole experience to my needs. I highly recommend anyone who has not gotten a massage try her out!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
