From the reviews
I have received a lot of massages over the years and Jessica is definitely one of the best massage therapists I have found. She is very experienced and really knows what she is doing! I have been to her several times now, and every time she customizes my massage to exactly what I need.
Jessica is phenomenal! She is incredibly busy, but she is worth the wait! My massage today was exactly what I needed. Her treatment room is cozy and inviting, she offers you a small but concise selection of essential oils (not overwhelming at all), and checks in with you about the pressure.
I had a 1 hour massage with Jessica and it was wonderful! She knows exactly how to split up the time to focus on areas that were bothering me. She was always sure to check in with me on pressure and temperature of the table warmer through out the massage.
One of the best. If you have any issues and need the perfect massage to work everything out, this is the person to do it. Highly recommend.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
