What clients say about the cupping here
“He has great bedside manners and is a very good listener to my husband and my health concerns.”
From the reviews
I cannot say enough good things about the doctor, if you are reading this, or considering to go see him, do not hesitate, make the appointment, you will be glad you did. The doc and his family have been treating my family and i since the 90''s.
I got mangled and busted up in a skydiving accident. broke my right leg, destroyed my shoulder. After one session I could close my right leg completely for the first time in two years. Jeff knows his stuff, he also stocks herbs and teas. I'm going back regularly.
It's a blessing that we found Dr. Tsing. He is a great doctor! He has great bedside manners and is a very good listener to my husband and my health concerns. His wife is very nice, also.
Excellent 1st visit. Noticeable results. Explains information well. I highly recommend Dr. Tsing.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
