From the reviews
I went to JAG, PT needing a great deal of Rehabilitation after surgery due to a complicated broken Left ankle. The Therapists worked patiently with me over the months and now am so happy to be on my feet . I give more than 5 stars because am happy with my care and they worked with my insurance company as well.
I've been attending JAG Physical Therapy for several weeks now, and I can't say enough good things about my experience. From the moment I walked in, I was met with warmth and professionalism from the entire staff.
Imani is awesome, thorough & willing to take the time needed to answer all of my questions. Paul is very aware of who is who, where everyone is at in their exercises & always on top of whats next for me. Samantha, what a wonderful product of Rutgers. We're all working together so that I can get back the life I love.

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
