From the reviews

My daughter had sprained her ankle during a school soccer game & I wasn’t able to get her an appointment with her orthopedic for a week. Fortunately, I was able to get her in to Physical Therapy right away. The therapist who did her evaluation, Sam Jensen, was excellent with her!

★★★★★ — Sharon, Nov 2025

Rachel and Sam are absolutely amazing. I've gone for PT many times before and no therapists have worked on me like Rachel and Sam do. I can actually feel the difference in my muscles in every exercise. So grateful! Maureen is the sweetest and happiest person. You could never have a bad day being around her.

★★★★★ — Heather, May 2026

Very professional, organized and knowledgable. Believe it or not, it was actually a fun place to do PT. The staff is very personable and makes your time there very enjoyable.

★★★★★ — Bill, Dec 2025

I have been to a few different physical therapy locations and I do have to say that this is one of the best locations I have been to! Highly recommended!

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
