From the reviews
This place is very nice is big like a gym . ITS spacious you're are not all cluttered on top of each other. it's a good place to go for therapy people are very pleasant and happy there. they know what they're doing and the massages are extremely out of this world!!
I would like to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding care I have received at Jag Physical Therapy. From the moment I walked in, the staff has been welcoming, professional, and attentive.
Great staff and location! All of the PT’s are great but I personally worked with Miguel and he was very personable and attentive! He took the time to understand what my goals were and made sure I was back to running in no time. God forbid I get injured again but I would definitely come back here if so.
There is lots of choice when it comes to physical therapy facilities these days. For many different physical issues I have consistently returned to this group time again when needing care. Both friendly and competent and a in clean well equipped space with convenient scheduling plusparking.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
