From the reviews

I have been in treatment at Jade for 6 months. Acupuncture and physical therapy. I cannot express how grateful I am to them for getting me to where I am today. I’m especially thankful for Kate, my acupuncturist, who has managed to reduce the frequency and severity of my daily migraine like headaches caused by IIH.

I have been going for acupuncture here for a chronic female health issue for a couple of months and have seen great improvement already. Great detailed care. They really care about their patients. Highly recommend!

Sam, my PT ,is the best! I had tightness and decreased range of motion in my right hip and knee, two years after hip replacement. Walking upstairs was hard, as I only went up on my left leg due to fear that right side was compromised.

★★★★★ — Wayne, Jun 2026

Very clean and relaxing healing environment! I went in for acupuncture having never experienced it before. I'll admit that I was a little skeptical of the treatment at the outset. John quickly set me at ease and answered all of my questions.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
