From the reviews

I have been seeing Beth for acupuncture and cupping for many years. She is kind, understanding, a great listener and a master in her craft. I mainly see her for chronic pain an the attributes that tend to occur when you have chronic pain.

★★★★★ — Jennifer, May 2022

I’ve been seeing Beth for many years now for a variety of reasons: pain relief, mental health support, stress relief, PMS relief, ancestral healing, and overall wellness. And now my teenage daughter sees her too and loves how Beth’s treatments make her feel so chilled out and relaxed.

★★★★★ — Jenny, Jul 2025

This was not quite the experience I was hoping for. Beth arrived to open the office at 10:28 AM for my 10:30 AM appointment. There were no parking passes on the front table, so I was glad I had parked in the street.

★★★★☆ — Beth, Jul 2024

I always walk out with a smile and feeling more whole. Beth's listening and acupuncture skills are top tier. The office is calm and quiet and soothing, with great art. It's super-easy to schedule. Very happy with this practice!

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
