From the reviews
I had a deep tissue massage performed by Chris Dai to address my TMJ pain, cerviglagia, right sciatica and stress relief. Chris' deep tissue work on my pain areas were incredibly effective by loosen all the muscle knots that causing the pains. He adjusted pressure perfectly and really listened to my needs.
I’ve had two sessions here now and both were excellent experiences. Kia gave me my first ever massage and set the bar really high with an incredibly thorough, well-balanced session. Her stretching work, especially through the chest, hips, and glutes, made a huge difference and I left feeling completely reset.
I had such a wonderful experience and wanted to highlight both Brittani and Abby for their exceptional service. Brittani is an incredibly knowledgeable massage therapist. I received a deep tissue massage from her, and she truly made a difference in how my body felt afterward.
I highly recommend Jsterling for your therapy needs. It was a great welcoming experience from the moment I walked into the door. Bailey at the front desk was really professional. She informed me of all service and upcoming changes. That was really insightful to make my next appointment.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
