Update 2025: I've been a client here for over 4 years and it is always a perfect massage experience! Lisa is truly the best and I am grateful for her wonderful service. I get deep tissue massage and cupping and it honestly helps me mentally and physically in the best possible way.
The massage was exceptional! I never had a massage where they stand on your back before. If you have never had a massage before, this might not be the best start for you since they do a lot of different stretches and techniques that are very deep in pressure.
Another wonderful session with Lisa! I love going here. It's so calm and relaxing. It's also a beautiful and spotless venue. I highly recommend it.
When this lady was massaging my inner thighs she wasn't massaging it. She was just pushing my leg. Not sure if she knew what she was doing or though it felt good but it didn't. They have since been better. They have better woman that do a better job then over a year ago.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
