From the reviews

I’ve been going to Elizabeth for about 2 years! She has gifted hands and has massaged me through a rotators cuff injury and back injury pre and post op! I just had back surgery in April. I add cupping each session and it has helped with the scar tissue. I will always be loyal to her.

The receptionist was able to fit us in next day for a couple's massage! Lizzie and Elizabeth were amazing! All 3 of them made us feel welcome upon entering. It was very clean and calm. The beds were warm and comfy. My husband and I both feel so much better! We will be booking again soon.

I had the best prenatal massage today with Terrence. He was extremely professional and listened to all of my body’s needs. I walked in barely able to walk without pain and walked out without any pain in my hips. 10/10 would recommend

Definitely, I will be coming back and become a regular in this place! I have done massages for years, both therapeutic and for stress relief. As a former physical therapy professional, I can tell how excellent the massage was; the technique was correct and precise.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
