Do you hate massages because of bad past experiences? Are you stressed? Do you need a massage but feel nervous that they won’t do a good job? Have you been trying to find a place that won’t cost you an arm and a leg but will provide the right pressure, soothe you to sleep, adjust the massage to your needs, relax your…
Absolutely phenomenal! Jesseka is truly a miracle worker. I’ve had countless massages over the years, but none come close to this level of skill, care, and intuition. Every movement felt intentional, and by the end I was completely melted into the table — all my tension and stress were gone.
Lexi was great with attention to detail for what I needed! She changed my chair massage to the table to make sure I got a lot of work done on my shoulders and neck like I needed! Pressure was fantastic!
Was referred to Jesseka by my Chiropractor and the service has always been great! Have been coming in on and off for massage & it’s always been a good experience! Highly recommend stopping by!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
